2023 Kandi K32 Off-Road Electric Truck Preview

2023 Kandi K32 Off-Road Electric Truck – The demand for electric trucks is high due to the popularity of electric vehicles. According to Kelley Blue Book in 2020, pickup trucks sold more than cars. That doesn’t mean that electric trucks will outsell electric cars. Many will be attracted to affordable models such as the Ford F-150 Lightning. Kandi, a Chinese electric car manufacturer, is also entering the market. It will debut the Kandi K32 but it won’t be street legal.

2023 Kandi K32 Off-Road Electric Truck Review

It’s better to think of the truck more as a UTV rather than a full-fledged pickup truck before you dive into this strange and obscure electric truck. The truck will not be street legal, similar to UTVs or ATVs. This truck will serve the same purpose as other four-wheelers. This truck is meant to be used on farms where roads and terrain are not available. The Kandi K32 is a good off-road truck. It has good-looking ground clearance, although it is not exact. The car is a tall beast at 82 inches (or 6 ft 10 in). It’s also got a utility with AWD and a truck bed large enough to carry a dirtbike. Kandi’s website does not have any usage statistics to share. There are no details about the truck’s towing capacity, maximum payload, or ground clearance. The specs of this electric truck are not very clear.

Engine

Let’s begin with the worst stats of the Kandi K32: the power. This electric truck’s electric motor produces 21 kW power. That is approximately 28 horsepower. This is slightly less than the other two compact electric cars Kandi sells. You don’t need much horsepower to drive an off-road vehicle. All you need is torque. Kandi does not list the torque figures for this truck. However, they claim that the truck weighs in at 4,000 lb and can travel 65 mph with very little horsepower.

There are two versions of the Kandi K32, one standard and one long-range. This is the same name convention Tesla uses for electric cars. The only difference is that the Kandi K32’s “long-range” version is not very long. This electric truck can travel 150 miles on a single charge. The standard battery, however, can only travel 60 miles per charge.

2023 Kandi K32 Off-Road Electric Truck Price & Release Date

The main problem is the price. The standard model will cost $27,699 and the long-range $34,499. This is for an offroad truck with no power, low range and that is not street-legal. This electric truck would make no sense in any universe.
